All products are offered subject to availability.
Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age 
and accept these terms. We reserve the right to cancel any 
order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud, or 
unavailability.

4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Accepted methods: credit card, PayPal.

5. Shipping
We ship to the European Union and the United States.
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the 
right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of 
receiving your order, without giving any reason.

7. Returns & Refunds
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition 
and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's 
responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 
14 days of receiving the return.

8. Legal Guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of 
conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French 
Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects 
(Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Disputes
In case of dispute, French law applies. You may contact 
a certified mediator before taking legal action.
